Absolutely fantastic time in the visitor's centre. Well worth driving all the way down from Scotland. Great to see all the aircraft. Recommended 100%.

Just bought a copy of a Go Fishing Video presented by John Wilson from our local British Legion here in Brittany and watched him Deep Sea Wreck Fishing off Alderney in the Channel Islands. Right in the middle of the tape a Lancaster flew over and then a few minutes later the same Lancaster accompanied by a Spitfire and a Hurricane. I knew immediately that this must have been for the Annual Display over Jersey, sadly Mr Wilson did not know much about the aircraft types. Being ex RAF retired here in France it is always good to see these wonderful aircaft still flying and it brings a lump to your throat when you see and hear them. Please keep them flying.

Looking rorward to seeing & hearing the BBMF at Douglas IOM on June 6. I visit the IOM TT races every year and this is the first time for many years that the Red Arrows will not be there. The Lancaster, Spitfire & Hurricane will be a glorious 'replacement'. Many thousands of TT fans will be rooting for the planes, the sounds and for all the great people who keep these woderful icons in the air. God bless you all.

I was at Truckfest Peterborough yesterday, and it was a privilege to have a visit from the BBMF in the shape of the Lancaster, once again a Superb display flight, awesome sight, and the sound of four Merlins flying in close formation was astounding.
Thank you BBMF for your time, and what an absolute pleasure it was to welcome your visit.

I have always admired the Spitfire as being the most elegant fighter ever developed. We had some here in RSA but they have sadly been destroyed by major accidents. I have picture of Sailor Malan in persuit of a ME109 and other such paintings pictures. I have also pics of myself standing next to one of the latter Spitfires. All these pictures are displayed on my study walls. It is wonderful to read about your organisation. A friend who visited us in RSA recently promsed to email me your web address hence this communication. Keep up the good work and I would love to visit the UK and experience one of your shows of these magnificent aircraft. The sound of that Merlin engine raises the hairs on my neck and arms! WOW!
